The major fundraising events sponsored by the Foundation each year are the annual Spring Plant Sale in April, the Vehicle Giveaway and the Hospice TelEvent in June, the ‘Angels In The Kitchen’ cookbook sale and the Angel of Hospice Sale in November and December.
In addition, the Foundation entertains requests from outside organizations to conduct fundraisers on behalf on Hospice of Acadiana, Inc. Event revenue comes in the form of ticket sales or registration fees and sponsorships from individuals and businesses to help underwrite event-related expenses.
